WildKidz Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–5 business days
- Regional and rural areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over R500.
Pre-Order Shipping (Plush Series) Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. You will be notified by email with your tracking details when your order is on its way. Pre-order items in the same order as in-stock items may be shipped separately.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
