Shipping Policy

We Deliver Nationwide Across South Africa

Thank you for shopping with WildKidz. Every order is packed with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible - because we know your little warrior can't wait to meet theirs.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to major centres and 5–7 business days to outlying and rural areas. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Heritage Month and the festive season.

Our Courier Partners
We ship through trusted South African couriers including The Courier Guy, PostNet, and Aramex. All orders are tracked from our door to yours.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You'll always see the full cost before you pay - no surprises.

Pre-Order Items
Some of our collectible warrior plushes are available on a pre-order basis ahead of their official release. Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives - estimated dispatch windows are shown on each product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the full order and ship everything together once the pre-order stock is available — unless you contact us to request separate shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your order's journey directly on the courier's website.

Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
