Our Commitment
At WildKidz we are proud of every product we create and want every customer to feel confident buying from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Policy
Many of our products are available for pre-order ahead of their official release date. By placing a pre-order you are reserving your item and agreeing to the following terms:
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your item will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated delivery windows are provided on each product page and will be communicated via email. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, standard return terms apply. In the unlikely event that a pre-order product cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Standard Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@dmmafrika.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@dmmafrika.co.za with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Books
Due to the nature of printed goods, books may only be returned if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied. We are unable to accept returns on books that have been read or are no longer in original condition.
